I originally agreed to sell to a shady ‘car salesman’ investor who offered me way more than Quick Sale. I thought it was a dream come true…but it turned out to be a nightmare!!! They kept delaying the closing date and kept telling me they had to lower their offer because of bull$%!^ reasons. I was already packed and ready to move! After they changed the deal 3 times, I finally gave up and fired them. I called Quick Sale, and they still agreed to honor their price. We were able to close a week later, and they did EVERYTHING they said they’d do. I wish I just ignored everyone else, and trusted them in the beginning.

I was able to close a week after agreeing to the offer. The title company wired the money into my account that day. I probably could have got more if I sold retail with a realtor, but this was a super easy process!
